Do elder day care centers have skilled nursing services with oxygenation?

Many do, especially is they are attached to a nursing home. However, as mentioned, you should ask the individual center. I'm sure many don't have this capability. If you have choices, you may find that a day care associated with a nursing home has more nursing ability.

I think you'd have to ask the specific day health program that you are considering whether they can provide that specific service.
