If I am Power of Attorney can I file my grandmothers taxes if she lives in a nursing home?
For the oregon 2011 tax return.

I'd suggest that you check with a tax expert in your state. Your POA gives you some power, but how much is in question. Please check with a CPA who knows about elder care issues.
