Where do I find a support group of other adults taking care of their parents in my area?

Try asking your mom's doctor, check with your local senior center or try calling an Assisted Living facility. I hope to start going to an Alzheimer's support group this week. Caregiving is a challenge & I know I can't do it alone. I have been fortunate in that my dad's medical group has a Care Coordinator. She's been an invaluable help.Good luck to you!
