How can I transfer my brother with ALZ from St. Louis to a PA nursing home where I live?

All you need to do is locate a facility to care for him in PA or your home if that is your wish. Contact a local Hospice Company and let them know you need their help in a transfer. The Hospice company can help you get this accomplished, be honest with them up front and let them know all of the details so you are sure they can manage his care. If you are sending to a facility he will need to have some tests done first and you need to work with the Admissions office to see what they need and the PA facility will worth with his current living place to make the transfer. You will probably be responsible for the transport of him. Hope this helps?
