We need more information in order to address this question properly. What has happen? Where was he and why did she move him? Is he being cared for now? Who is doing so? What funds does he haveand who is managing them? What legal authority does she have? Who has cared for him up to now? I recommend that you involve a Medical Social Worker, his doctor, or Adult Protective Services in order to sort things out. Do not make accusations or assumptions until you have all the facts. LISTEN CAREFULLY to what everyone is saying. Do not jump to conclusions. There are Legal Aid senior services in most communities that can help. Every hospital has a social services department. Home Health Care services also have them. Get Profesasional advice and help so that you do not tear the Family apart. I recommend the work of Byron Katie in dealing with these family concerns so that you do not destroy each other while trying to take care of your father.
Technically, since she probably did not report to the police that she was taking him (women who leave an abusive relationship with their children must do this or they can be charged with kidnapping) you could report him kidnapped or even missing. Talk to your local police department. Did she take his medications with him so they can be administered to him.
