My parents are in a Nursing home, I have POA and Healthcare Directive, but my sister has asked for guardianship, what are my rights?

care of my parents needs before this goes to court? My mom hurt her shoulder, and my dad is on medications I do not feel he should be on. The nursing home says they can no longer talk to me to address any issues until after the court decides..this is not in the best interest of my parents.
