Our island community is divided into two counties. One is adjacent to the next county, the other requires close to a two hour drive to get to a hospice facility. Are there provisions for using the closer facility? IT also means that when hospice workers come to the island, they have to travel about two hours each way. This is an odd situation, but one that is causing our elderly population much concern. HAving family on the road back and forth two hours each way during a time of stress does not seem responsible.

You might be able to. It depends on the hospice provider. If you fill in your information here we will partner you with a hospice provider closer to you.
