You're in Texas, correct? The Univ of Texas Health Science Centers do everything Eng/Span and then some (like UTHSC Houston does Farsi and Vietnamese); all UTHSC have full co-ordinated geriatrics depts with all kinds of community outreach programs. I think all the Area Councils on Aging in Texas and the Texas Dept of Health & Human Services do everything bilingual too.
My mom is with a UTHSC gerontology group and it is just wonderful. UTHSC for Dallas is slightly different as it was merged with Southwestern eons ago so it comes up as UT Southwestern. Belinda Vicioso, MD is one of the gerontologists there and they are out of the Wold Center - which is an aging studies institute. One thing to keep in mind when they are bilingual is that the dementia tests are really designed for American English only speakers so bilingual won't test as accurately so you need to see health care providers who know how to adjust the results or test appropriately.
