Can Restoril cause aggressive behavior?

My uncle is in a skilled facility and they are giving him restoril and I have not that he has gotten aggressive since he has been on this medicine. So I wanted to know will this medicine cause him to be aggressive. Some days he is good and then other days he won't let anyone touch him. now the skilled facility wants to go up on the medicine to twice a day.
