Can anyone tell me if Port Charlotte, FL has any type of day programs for people who are mentally challenged and part bipolar?

Can anyone tell me if port charlotte fl has any type of day programs for the
ones that are mentaly challaged and part bipolar. They say she is more retated then biploar now. She is used to doing arts and crafts. I can use some help as to i am disabled myself. thanks
