Anyone in NV that has given up their career to care full time for their parent(s) figure out how to get paid?

I am currently not working because of the needs of my parents. We survive on of my wife's paycheck, my parent's soc.sec. and dad's military retirement. Mom has parkinson's, osteoporosis and has had a couple of bypass surgeries while dad has diabetes and recently suffered a stroke. Both are 83 and use a walker to get around however mom requires a wheel chair outside of the house. Mom hasn't driven since 1990 and dad stopped last month. I provide all their transportation to medical appts., shopping and anything that will give provide them a descent quality of life.
