I am wanting to get back into the field. Taking care of someone in th home. just not sure where to go to find something

I've worked at the Albermarle in Tarboro, Spring Arbor in Rocky Mount also the alterra in rocky mount. Im funny where I have worked. I hold high standards where I work at. I have worked at places where the only allowed 2 diapers per shift. I couldn.tdeal with it cause to me it was abuse.....There is nothing more I love than working with the elderly. but I want to work in the home where they can get one on one care.......I can run errands clean. cook ect ect.....but I do need help where to go to find the work in the home....If you are able to hep I would thank you very much
