I refuse to be a victim to this anymore!

We don't need to kill ourselves caring for our parents. Make sure they are safe and comfortable, but let's stop beating ourselves up because Mom or Dad are lost in another world. I live with it daily, but I refuse to be a victim to this anymore. And we all need to stop acting this way. We don't deserve it, and we deserve better than this! Period!
