How can I get a guardianship revoked?

Because I couldn't find an attorney willing to financially help me with guardianship on my mom I wasn't able to move fast enough to attain guardianship of her and the nursing home went ahead and has guardianship because i couldn't show up for the proceedings because i live so far away.

I need to know how to get their guardianship revoked so that I can continue to try to get guardianship of my mom. I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP ON HER FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY. The nursing home does not have her best interest and are only fixing to raid her lowly bank account. If she should pass away anytime soon I don't know how our family will be able to do a funeral for her if the nursing home continues to raid her bank account. I need to stop them and lock down her financial affairs.

I would think that would be a conflict of interest for them to have guardianship over her?? I wouldn't even think that would be legal??

Guardianship is a tough one, I am surprised, that the court did not get guardianship, on what rights did the nursing home get guardianship?
Why is she in a nursing home? Was she declared incompetent?
would you be caring for her in her/your home?

If you have a guardianship case, you have to be governing your parent, and making it to court.

on the other hand, Free services are available at the court house for people who cannot pay for an attorney or sliding fee scale attorneys who will tell you the forms you need to file, sometimes the law schools will help with people filing their own claims.

Check with your state or the state your parent lives in and look up on the internet,
advice at the courthouse, at what ever state, it will give you a place to start.
There are also qualifications why you cannot be a guardian, one would be, a criminal record, a felony, if that is straight, then go for it. Good Luck.

They already have been granted guardianship and that is not what I wanted for her. They didn't even give me a chance. They didn't help me find an attorney so that i could get guardianship.

From what I've read on your earlier question on this topic "Mom's nursing home is filing for guardianship, can I fight this or have the judgement reversed?", I really don't have anything to add.
