Does anyone know of an agency where you can take your aging parent to be bathed?

Have you tried bathing her in bed? It really is quite simple. There are several bath products available that do not require rinsing and can even be used to wash hair. You can check with an inhome healthcare provider. They will come out a couple of times a week to bath patients. I do not know if they will provide only that service or if the patient needs to be a regular client. Private nurses could also be hired to do this.

You might check with her doctor for a referral to inhome provider. They will come out and do an assessment as to what services your Mom needs. Medicare takes care of these charges. I know nothing about Medicaide.
