How many know to call the Florida Long-term Care Ombudsman Program for help if there is a problem in a facility?

This Statewide program advocates for seniors in long-term care - ALF's, nursing homes and adult family care homes. All facilities are visited 4 times a year and 1 of those visits is a formal assessment which consists of interviewing residents and their familes, facility staff, or other friends who are visiting. We can make sure rights are not being violated and residents are being treated with dignity and respect.
