Waiver of Premium? Need help with understanding the LTC policy.

Policy says:

"After a Family Member has incurred Part I or Part II Covered Expenses for 90 days within Any One Period of Expense, without regard to the Elimination Period being satisfied, We'll waive the payment of any premium coming due thereafter for all Family Members. This includes the waiving of premium for any attached benefit riders. Premiums will continue to be waived during Any One Period of Expense as long as the Family Member continues to incur Covered Expenses and has not exhausted the Maximum Benefit."

My confusion is the phrase "without regard to the Elimination Period being satisfied." My interpretation is that she can quit paying premiums after 90 days (which happens to coincide with the elimination period.) Or, does it mean once the elimination period is met, she can stop payment of premiums only after (the next) 90 days that the insurance company pays out for the covered expenses?

The premium will be waived after she's incurred 90 days of covered expenses. The Elimination Period is not relevant to the waiver of premium.
