I would like to speak with an elder law attorney from mass. Any guidance?

my brother hasn't gone by the book for years-
he took mom out of ny moved her to mass claimed I was no longer med poa and that was a lie-
she never wanted this- now he is still keeping her possesions and estate information from me, and wants me to sign a release for, before he will let me even see what he removed from her apt-
something he never included me in-and has kept me from seeing anything-
he says he is doing me a favor and the only way I can get my stuff or see her belongings is if I sign-
but how can ii sign something I don't even know what is estate contains- or is worth
can u help me?
or do I just have to go and fight this yself?
