I'm a nurse who is now home caring for my mother that lives with me. She wants me to get paid to care for her now. How is it possible?

She is 86 years old and is now requiring more attention and care. she has been getting more and more forgetful and needs very close attention, and can no longer care fully for herself. She has fallen a few time and refuses to use her walker. Driving has been out for the last 7 years and I take her everywhere she wants and needs to go. Siblings live far away and in other states.
