One son is named Durable Power of Attorney (not just health) and One daughter is named Trustee of the Trust? How are these different?

Were these done at an attorney's office? If so, he should have explained it to you more clearly. Our attorney explained it as this: The Durable Power of Attorney makes all calls on both financial and health while alive. Upon passing, his duties cease. The Trustee then handles the financial and estate after passing.
