How can I help my mom, if she doesn't want me to help her?

My mom has been going through stress. I feel like she isolates herself from the world instead people hurting her she puts in a position where she hurts herself mentally...
I try and try so hard to be there for my mother, staying by her side. However she pushes me away from her problems and copes the situation. As she talks and mumbles in vietnamese (a language I slowly forgetting) I feel like I'm the problem and the reason why she's pushing me away.

It's just me and my mom and a little dog. My dog is quite scared of my mom from her coping, my mom go into a metal breakdown and burst out to tears but no matter the situation she tells me to leave her alone. This situation is becoming quite repetitive lately. Please help
