Can someone please tell me if the rotating air mattress will allow me to go to bed at night and not have to turn my father?

Ive been getting up for almost 2 years every night every 3 hours for 31 days at a time, sharing with my brother. He cant do it any more. I do not want to place my father in a nursing home. Ive been looking online at these expensive mattresses and wondered if anyone knows if they really eliminate the need to get up at night,
