What is the difference between Parkinson's and Parkinsonism?

Will Parkinsonism progress the same way Parkinson's does?

EXPERT Carol Bradley Bursack, CDSGF Aug 2013
Parkinsonism is any condition that causes a combination of the movement abnormalities seen in Parkinson's disease — such as tremor, slow movement, impaired speech or muscle stiffness — especially resulting from the loss of dopamine-containing nerve cells (neurons). Not everyone with Parkinsonism has Parkinson's disease. Parkinsonism can be caused by medications, Lewy
body dementia or other illnesses. It's more about symptoms than the disease.

Do these symptoms get worse like Parkinson's do? What can I expect to happen to my husband in the future
