Has anyone had good/bad experiences with specific wheelchair conversion vans?

I'm looking at a Chrysler Town and Country. I just don't know. These vans seem a little expensive but it sure looks like the way to go for my mom. What should I look out for or what do I need to know? I think the manual fold out ramp is what's in my budget, but what else should I look for? It would be for my mom. Thank you!
