I don't think there is anything for true incontinence. I see drugs advertised for "overactive bladder."
Sometimes the problem is the brain not getting the message in time to get to a bathroom. In those cases a scheduled bathroom trip can help.
My husband a problem with short-notices from his brain and also some diarrhea. His doctor suggested that he take an anti-diarrhea pill before going out. He took them on mornings he had bowling or golf, for instance, where bathrooms were inconveniently located, but not when he went to adult day health center where there were plenty of bathrooms and people to help get to them fast.
If you can explain your loved one's situation in more detail others may be able to give more specific help.
