Nursing home admission agreement documents. Any advice?

Much depends on what you sign for in the admission process. If you want case management, they take care of MD PT OT ADL Nutrition etc. They have rules about smoking, aggressive behavior, visitor's meals, storage of valuables, pets, vitamins and herbs. They expect families to work with them and not against them. They are not a hotel for out-of-town relatives. It is a very hand-in-hand relationship. Visit many before choosing one. If you get a sales pitch instead of a long chat with the nurse, move on.
