Can I find someone to drive my elderly Mom to visit my Dad in a nearby NH while I am at work during the day?

My father is in a nursing home in rockland county but my mother lives with me in mahwah bergen county. None of the senior bus services will drive over the state line and a cab costs $35 each way. Are there any other options available for us. The distance from where we live to the nursing home is approx 5 miles.

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
