If I can get my husband to sign POA himself, and signed with 2 witnesses then I'm interested in what is best for him?

I understand that if he is unconscious, and I have a POA, then I can make decisions for him. We will go to the bank and get the POA witnessed and signed and notarized. POA is just another thing I am learning about. And all about what it enables me to be able to do and not do. I am going to get one and carry it with me in case anything happens.
