Both of my parents are on disablitly SS. I'm their caregiver, but need more help. Any advice?

I do everything for them provide all transporation, paid bills, grocery shop & clean. They try to pay me cause I can't work a job & take care of both of them with their medical needs. but it would make it easier if they could get help. They are 65 yrs old.
