My Dad's improving but his behavior is getting worse. He treat us like servants and verbally abuses us in front of outsiders. Any advice?

My Dad abuse us in front of outsiders tell lie & when we make him realise he say it's all written in our destiny....pls advise. When we take him out he shouts n start telling lies that we don't give them food. We all are fad up of him we want some solution as we cannot live with this. Also he want to marry our servant as my mother passed away 4 year back but our family is against this as she is the lady who created this condition by taking lot of money from my father. She said girls are outsiders they should not inter fear in any of my father matter .....she feeded all negative thoughts abt girl child now my father is against me n he want to go to that lady n live for that he abuses all of us me my inlaws also.
