Where to find another AL place that accepts Medicaid (cheaper but nice) near Baldwin/South Hills/Rt 51 S.?

She has spent 4 years in a 3,700.00 a mo. facility and she will be out of money in the near future, I am going to apply for Medicaid for her but need to know where the better AL places are that are cheaper and take Medicaid. I will not put her in John Kane or in any place like that facility.

She can do all except toilet (BM) and shower.
She uses a walker. Currently she is in good health and her mind is sharper than mine! Please see if Laureane Kile or her assistant can call me. Thanks. Denise A.
