Can I get help with health insurance or Medicare supplement insurance ?

I have Medicare part A and B but don't have supplement insurance, does the area agency on aging provide help in getting an affordable plan.

Or rather should I say through AARP....her plan is with united healthcare

My mother has her supplemental insurance with AARP....they take it right out of her checking account every month
