Anybody else feel guilty for taking a nap even though you have everything done for the moment?

It is crazy when my Mom takes a nap. When she wakes it is constant what is wrong with me because she thinks she has slept so late. I have to be very and pat attention to what she is doing when I get a couple hours to lock myself in my room to read. This seems to be when her agitation starts she will get so angry she will leave the house planning on running away. If only... Not really.
