Mom's house is in my name and my brother and sister's name. Can will sell the house?
My Mom has Alzheimer's and is in a VA nursing home.

How long has the house been in their name? Does it pass the 5 year look back?

If she went in there on Medicaid, they will take the house when she dies. Not until then.
