I have land that will be mine when my Mom passes. Can I try to get my husband name on it?

char char, you are still confused. The land is not yours, so it can't be taken from you. Please go see a lawyer or talk to the county Medicaid office. You should see a lawyer anyway, to update your Will, appoint a DPOA and a Health Care Proxy.
