Troublesome roommate visitors. What do you do?

What can be done when your loved one is in a room.with another patient who has visitors who are rude and loud . They have no regard for others and are constantly cross contiminating the area. They bring half a dozen children with them and they are out of control. I thouht there was a rule about young kids being in hospitals.
