Can the nursing home take my home?
I can't pay the nursing home 3000 a month, they will be taking 3000 of his retirement.

Char char, sit down with the financial planner at the nursing home, or see your own attorney and get some help figuring this out.

Can the nursing home take a home that is in your name to pay someone else's care bill?
No.
Does the person own the house with you? Is the $3000 a month he is paying not enough to cover his care?
