And are there services to help him clean his house? My elderly neighbor is 92, lives alone, can't drive, can't see or hear well & can barely get around. He has serious financial legal issues that include numerous judgments that have been filed against him that he doesn't understand. Also, his home is in terrible condition and needs serious cleaning, he also needs help.
