Where can I find non-agency care in Ocala, Fl?

I need part to full time care for my mother who needs total care and is 87. Ive found most agencies either can't meet all her needs or the people are not capable. Can anyone suggest a website other than care or craigslist. Where do the real health care professionals look for a job so I can post there, indeed or monster charge hundreds with no guarantee of qualified applicants. Most people say ask family or friends but I'm not from this area. Maybe a headhunter
