Does Clark County Nevada have a program to pay or caregivers if you have Medicaid?

The NV state Medicaid program does have have a way to pay caregivers for patients on Medicaid. The local number in Las Vegas at the Aging Services office is 702-486-3831. Can't provide an answer for the county but Medicaid is run by the state not county. However, the state will not pay one spouse to care for another, or pay anyone who is legally responsible for that person. I noticed that payment for caregivers was also available under Nevada Check Up, which is for kids whose families are over Medicaid income guidelines.
