Do I sign as POA or not?
I'm getting ready to place my aunt in a NH private pay until approval from Medicaid.

If you HAVE her POA, then anything you sign on her behalf should be signed that way. Different institutions have different rules about exactly how to sign, but you sure don't want to sign personally.
