In Arizona, could I get some financial help caring for my elderly Dad?

I've since moved from Guam to Arizona to care for my elderly father. I am unable to work since I am the only child willing/able to relocate to care for him. Often times I get frustrated because I'm not working and making any money to buy the basic personal items that I need. Then I feel guilty for feeling frustrated because I know that my father needs me. However, my question is, does the state of Arizona have any government benefits /programs that offer monetary aid to someone caring for their elderly parent?
