Does anyone have some positive experience with coconut oil in treating Alzheimer's?

I had a client whose mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She administered coconut oil with a good deal of success. My mother is suffering from what I believe is vascular dementia, although the neurologist can't find out what her problem is, I am starting a regimen of coconut oil for her. I'll let you know.
