Uncle was kicked out of Sky Ridge and is unable to eat or walk he has no insurance and his wife is also disabled. Any advice?

My aunt and uncle are both disabled, he was put in the hospital because he had kidney stones he is diabetic and they are dying slowly because they have NO HELP. I do not have a car or I would be there. My aunt has threatened suicide and now with my uncle being home Im terrified as to what may happen.
