Do you have Power Of Attorney? If not who does? You could talk to the attorney who drew up the will and see what other options you have. Good luck, Carol
If the house is in your name in the trust, you don't need a copy of the will to sell it. If it's YOUR house, it must be YOUR trust. If it's dad's house, and he put it in trust for you as contingent beneficiary (a land trust), you can't sell it. It belongs to him until he dies.
