Can residence have live-in occupants?

You will need to inquire at Montbello Manor and see what the lease specifies. A one-bedroom apartment is probably intended for one person or a couple, but that doesn't mean other arrangements are prohibited, unless the lease says so. Did Gramma have custody when she moved in?

My daughter lives with her grandma in Montbello Manor (1bedrm) in Denver, Co because she has custody of her......She is 11yrs old......So Im asking can residents have live in occupants?.....I'm asking because we're going thru a custody battle

Could you explain the situation a little more? What kind of residence? What kind of occupants are you asking about?
