Why does an attorney restricts POA in effect to sell an incompetent person's securities stocks?
The principal, who is my registered partner gave me POA wants to sell her stocks but the attorney instructed the financial advisers to hold. Please let me know why. I am thinking to terminate the attorney.
Who's attorney is it? Why is the attorney even involved? I don't understand the situation. Is your partner's family unhappy with you having the POA? Are they involved at all? Please tell us more about the situation.
