I am pretty sure you mean Sinemet and it is another name for carbidopa -levodopa and while there are a few others it is the standard medication for assisting the movement disorder associated with Parkinson's. You need to visit your neurologist and give him your symptoms that you think may be associated with the Sinemet - it is a drug that they adjust doseages on often. You probably need to see your primary care doctor in reference to your digestive issues, they can either help you or refer you on, and if you think you have pneumonia - yep that means the emergency room -- and take all of your prescription bottles with you to the ER so they know what you are taking.

If you think you have Pneumonia you will need an Xray and a swab to see if is Bacterial or viral. For Pakinsons' read Doctors research and google update Magnesium. I take 400mg of Citrate Magnesium daily
