My wife (48) is a cancer patient. Any help available for daily chores for 8 hrs?

She is weak on left leg and arm, She fractured her left ankle. Being a cancer patient she is very weak on her left foot which she fractured and ended up on the wheel chair. Now it is becoming physically difficult to take care of for her daily needs by me alone and to hold on to my job and take care of the house and family. I was trying to find out if I can get some help at home for 8/10hrs. All your suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Regards
