Any ideas for activities for elderly residents in a residential care facility who are at hospital level of care?

Most of the residents have dementia and unable to walk. They spend most of the day in lazyboy chairs or wheelchairs Some of the residents are unable to follow normal conversation or reply to questions. Some residents are not able to speak but they can communicate by facial expressions or sounds. A few residents can mobilise short distances using walking frames while under close supervision of a caregiver.
